Terms of Service

1. Definitions
"Ecobelle," "We," "Us": Ecobelle Cleaning Services
"Client," "You": The individual or entity booking our services
"Services": Cleaning services as described in your booking
2. Booking & Payments
Scheduling: Appointments require 48-hour notice. Last-minute bookings subject to availability.
Payment: Due at time of service. We accept credit cards, digital wallets, and cash.
Deposits: For larger jobs, deposits may be required at our discretion. Deposit amount and due date will be communicated during the booking process. Failure to provide a requested deposit may result in cancellation of the booking.
Price adjustments: Quotes are based on the information provided by the client at booking. If during the service our team finds additional work or conditions not described by the client that increase time, materials, or safety requirements (for example: heavy stains, hoarding, pest-related waste, excessive debris, or unsafe access), we may revise the quoted price. We will notify the client of any additional charges and obtain approval before proceeding whenever practical. If the client declines the extra work, we may complete only the agreed portion and charge for time and materials already performed, or cancel the remaining work. Any updated charges are due at time of service.
Cancellations:
- 24+ hour notice: no charge
- Less than 24 hours: 50% service fee & Materials
- Rescheduling & Repeat Cancellations:
One (1) reschedule is permitted per booking. Any further cancellations or rescheduling requests will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
3. Service Scope
Excluded but not limited to:
- Hazardous waste removal (e.g., mold, biohazards)
- Structural repairs
- Outdoor areas (unless specified)
- Heavy Staining or deep cleaning (extra service)
Client Responsibilities:
- Secure pets
- Declutter surfaces
- Provide access to premises
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Report issues within 24 hours for a complimentary re-clean.
Excludes dissatisfaction due to but not limited to:
- Client restrictions limiting cleaning scope
- Pre-existing damage
- Third-party services
5. Liability & Damages
Damage Claims: Report in writing within 48 hours. We cover repairs up to service cost.
Exclusions but not limited to:
- Heirlooms, art, or fragile items not disclosed pre-service
- Wear-and-tear or pre-existing damage
6. Health & Safety
Eco-Products: Hypoallergenic and non-toxic. SDS available on request.
Staff Conduct: Background-checked professionals. Must be treated respectfully.
Illness: Reschedule if household members have contagious illnesses.
7. Modifications & Termination
We may update Terms periodically. Continued use = acceptance.
We may refuse service for but not limited to:
- Safety concerns
- Harassment of staff
- Non-payment
